Further to the announcement made by Tritax EuroBox plc earlier today, the Company announces the publication of its Prospectus in relation to its proposed initial public offering and the proposed admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the specialist fund segment of the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
