Around 80% of the Company's 21 tenant partners are multi-billion Euro businesses, including some of the world's best known companies. These businesses have strong balance sheets, helping them to navigate difficult economic circumstances, and they operate in a wide range of different industries.

Our specialist asset management teams work in partnership with all our occupiers to ensure our buildings meet their strategic objectives, as well as maximise their operational effectiveness. This proactive and collaborative approach is central to our ability to grow income and enhance capital values for investors. It helps to future-proof our buildings and provides unique insight into our customers‘ future plans and occupational requirements which helps to inform our investment, development and asset management activities.

The right size

As at 30 March 2021, 75% of our assets are over 50,000 sqm. This makes them flexible and efficient, and generates economies of scale enabling cost efficiencies for our occupiers. It is also where the demand and supply dynamic is most favourable.

Modern and high-tech

85%* of our portfolio has been built since 2016. Well located

All assets within our portfolio are located in western continental Europe, in strategically important logistics locations, near large population centres which benefit from strong transport infrastructure, deep power and data resources and a suitable labour supply.

Sustainable

Our tenant partners are increasingly looking to occupy sustainable assets. 90% of the portfolio by floor area covered by Green Building Certifications or Energy Performance Certificates and we continue to invest in green initiatives such as onsite renewable energy generation. Our development activity now includes our recent commitment to net-zero carbon in construction.
